PIVOT Replatforms Buck Mason's Magento store to Shopify Plus
Buck Mason was undergoing massive platform changes across the board, and needed a rock-solid eCommerce developer to develop a custom theme, CMS, and full replatform to Shopify Plus.
Buck Mason is a relatively new and rapidly growing maker of modern, yet timeless menswear. Their digital team was seeking a new eCommerce platform and top-tier agency partner to help them elevate the customer experience and ensure their digital consumer channel would be able to scale.
Operationally, the business grew organically over a short period of time. As it is common with young, fast-growing companies, Buck Mason ultimately hit a barrier to scale, and decided they needed to upgrade or replace a number of homegrown systems with a proven set of enterprise ERP, Retail, and eCommerce systems. Without the right platforms in place, the Buck Mason team knew they would struggle to keep up and reach the next tier of global revenue growth and profitability.
To deliver on their eCommerce goals, Buck Mason selected PIVOT to replatform their website on Shopify Plus, re-implement their existing site design into a custom Shopify theme optimized for mobile, and be an ongoing strategic technology partner to grow with them over time.

The PIVOT team quickly delivered a new custom theme in record time to beat the holiday rush, handing over all front-end code to Buck Mason and assisted in their launch early October.
This was a relatively simple effort, but nevertheless, moving from one platform to another can be massively disruptive for any brand. However, the Buck Mason team was able to cut-over without missing a sale and is also showing page load speeds greatly improved, and already high conversion rates holding steady.
